CATERING GENERAL INFORMATION

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Our menu's offer a variety of items for your pleasure, however, we can create special menu's tailored for your requirements.
No food or beverage shall be brought into the hotel by patrons from outside sources.
For the comfort of our guests, all functions must be completed by 1:00AM.
Any group requesting tax exemptions must submit a copy of their exempt certificate prior to the event.

GUARANTEE POLICY

The hotel requires a minimum guarantee 72 working hours prior to your function. This will be the minimum number for which you will be charged, not subject to reductions. We will be prepared to serve 5% over your guaranteed number.

BANQUET & MEETING ROOMS

As other groups may be utilizing the same room as you, prior to, or following your function, please adhere to the times agreed upon. Should your time schedule change, please contact the Catering Office and every attempt will be made to accommodate you.
Functions rooms are rented on a daily and nightly basis, overnight use (24 hours) does double the room rental. There will be a $150.00 labor charge for each request to change the approved set up of a meeting room.

DECORATIONS

Floral Arrangement, Ice Sculptures and Theme decor can be ordered through the Catering Department to compliment your event. The hotel does not permit affixing anything to the walls, floor, or ceiling 0£ function rooms, The client will be responsible for any damages to the function rooms.

SECURITY

The hotel will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to or following a function. Arrangements for security of exhibits, merchandise or articles set up for display can be made prior to the event. The hotel reserves the right to require security guards, at the patrons expense, for selected groups and social events.

AUDIO VISUAL

A wide selection of audio visual equipment and services are available at the patrons request on a rental basis.

PAYMENT FOR MEETINGS & SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

A deposit is required to confirm/secure event space. The deposit applies to the cost of the event and is nonrefundable. 100% of all estimated charges are due 30 days prior to any function with a valid major Credit Card.

CANCELLATION

In the event a function is canceled within 30 days of the event, the customer agrees to reimburse the hotel 100% of the entire function value.
